TRUCK CLUB AT VIRGINIA TECH BY-LAWS

1. Any and all illegal stunts, activities, or actions will not be tolerated and will result in a potential sanction or removal from the club. This includes but is not limited to breaking federal, state, or local laws. 

2. Putting yourself or other persons at risk is unacceptable and will result in a potential sanction or removal from the club. This includes but is not limited to putting someone's health, status, and well-being at risk. 

3. Any and all participants at any Truck Club at Virginia Tech sanctioned event that requires a waiver must complete and submit said waiver in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in a sanction or the inability to attend the sanctioned events.

4. Truck Club at Virginia Tech is not responsible for the behavior or material ownership of any person. Thus, those that fail to comply with Truck Club at Virginia Tech By-Laws, Waivers, and Constitution will be subject to sanctions, removal, or further actions. All personal materials are exclusively responsible by said owner. 

5. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable. Any actions that include but are not limited to racism, sexism, bigotry, homophobia, or the belittlement of another person will result in sanctions or removal from Truck Club at Virginia Tech.

6. Sexual assault, harassment, or other forms of forcible fondling will result in sanctions or removal from the club. Survivors have full support from Truck Club at Virginia Tech.

7. Destruction or defacing property is prohibited. Any damage to property will result in sanctions or removal from the club. The offender will fully pay for any damage to personal property.

8. Embezzlement or the mismanagement of Truck Club at Virginia Tech funds is prohibited and will be investigated/punishable to the fullest extent of the law. 

9. Promoting Truck Club at Virginia Tech in any way that adversely affects the operations of the organization may result in sanctions or removal from the club. 

10. All Virginia Tech Registered Student Organization guidelines and rules are expected to be followed by all Truck Club at Virginia Tech members. Those that do not will face the consequences deemed appropriate by Truck Club at Virginia Tech, Virginia Tech, and other parties if necessary.

In addition, Truck Club at Virginia Tech will fully cooperate with any investigation or legal procedure to best resolve any situation that is deemed necessary. Also, any sanction or removal from the club will be conducted case by case.
